What’s moving.

Processes can now be exported as a PDF: for the audit, for onboarding, or for anyone who doesn’t look things up in ProcessCollector themselves.

• The workflow as a diagram.
• Everything that explains it: RACI assignments, organizational units, resources, requirements and linked documents.

Imported processes arrive tidier, the model gets better connected, and no organization can end up without an admin by accident anymore.

• The Collector helps with the layout. The diagram from your document is now laid out automatically, notes are placed better, and results are more consistent. The proposal isn’t always perfect yet — but every generated element can be refined by hand afterwards. Managers now have access too.
• Processes know their predecessors and successors. You link them right in the diagram, and the process detail page shows what comes before and after.
• Child elements at a glance. The section listing direct child elements used to exist only on organizational profiles. Now it’s on locations, resources, requirements and processes too.
• Your AI Expert stays where you put it. Move the panel freely and resize it. Your browser remembers its position and size; clear the site data and you’re back to the default view.
• Change roles right in the subscription area. Executives can now change a member’s role there. The last person with admin rights can’t demote themselves, so every organization stays manageable.
• Settings are now the “Admin Center”. Redesigned, and showing the plan you’ve actually booked, including the billing cycle.

Also fixed:

• In the invite dialog, search text stuck around, buttons were hidden, browser autofill got in the way, and an error message was wrong.
• Fully deleting an organization now works reliably.
• Minor display issues with pinning, favorites and the empty org chart view in dark mode.
• The interface now calls the Collector by its name everywhere.
