What sets the three modes apart?
Exploration makes your organization visible, Transformation actively improves it, Excellence steers and safeguards it for good. Each mode includes the one before it.
How many process maps and org charts are included?
One of each in the Exploration mode: one process map and one company org chart. From Transformation onwards you can create several — per site, division or legal entity, say.
How many users do I need to start?
Every plan includes 25 users — the price shown is per user and month. One person can start; the whole team is already on board. Annual billing is 17 % cheaper.
What happens after the 14 days?
You start without a credit card and test every feature of your mode for 14 days. After that, you decide whether to move to a paid plan — nothing happens automatically.
Can I move between modes?
Yes. You start with Exploration, say, and unlock Transformation or Excellence once you are ready.
Is there a minimum term?
One month on the monthly plan, one year on the annual plan. Monthly contracts can be cancelled monthly; annual contracts renew unless cancelled three months before the end of the term. Individual agreements take precedence — enterprise is arranged case by case.
What happens to our data?
Your processes stay yours. EU hosting, encryption, PDF export anytime — plus API access in the Excellence mode.
Can I combine ProcessCollector with ProcessMagnet?
Yes. ProcessCollector runs on its own — and extends with ProcessMagnet, which collects knowledge automatically from your systems.
