Create your first process

The hardest part is the blank page. So you don’t start with a method here, you start with the first box: capture steps in your own words, connect them, done. No modelling course, no notation to learn — you write down what already happens, and ProcessCollector keeps it alive.

Pick a workflow you know inside out. Where details are missing, leave a gap and carry on — filling in later beats getting stuck now.

The process listThrough the sidebar to Processes — the place where the next one begins.
Create the processNew Process, type a title, save — the frame is up, the rest follows in the modeller.
Place the first stepDrag an element from the bar onto the canvas. A plain task is enough to begin.
Name it in your own wordsClick the node, type the title in the panel — the way your team actually says it.
Connect two stepsClick the green dot, hold, drag. Let go and the connection is there.
The faster wayUse the arrow on the node: pick a type — the next step arrives already connected.
