What’s been added

Four things that make your day noticeably lighter

The idea has stayed: set up process knowledge lean and keep it easy to maintain. What changed is mostly what used to be a detour.

The Microsoft detour is gone

ProcessCollector runs on its own. No business account, no sign-off from IT administration — you start when you want to start.

Your processes speak several languages

Language versions sit on the process itself, not in a second system. Whoever reads at another site reads in their own language — and you still maintain it only once.

Search instead of click

Processes, roles and rules are right there in the search. The walk through the folder structure is gone — and with it the question of where that was again.

The Collector has grown up

Drop in a work instruction as Word or PDF, out comes a process model. Formerly beta, today a fixed part of the product — and the fastest way to bring in what you already have.

API & AI agents

Open to your tools — and your AI agents.

Everything ProcessCollector does, you can fetch as well: processes with their BPMN models, requirements, resources, organization and full-text search — secured with Personal Access Tokens. If you build your own AI agents, this is where they find the context they otherwise lack.

FAQ

What you’re asking us most right now

Do we have to move — and by when?

That depends on your contract and where you stand, so there is deliberately no blanket answer here. Drop us a line — you’ll get a proposal that fits your case.

What happens to our existing processes and models?

We look at that against what you hold today: what can be carried over — and what the Collector captures anew anyway, straight from your documents.

Does our price or licence model change?

Current pricing is out in the open on the pricing page. What it means for your running contract we clarify directly with you — that belongs in a conversation, not in a footnote.

Do we still need a Microsoft account?

No. ProcessCollector runs on its own, without a business account and without admin sign-off. Of all the changes, that’s the one that saves the most day to day.

Does our data stay in the EU?

Yes. Hosted in the EU, ISO/IEC 27001 certified — and we don’t train models on your data. Your process truth stays yours.

Questions? Bring them on.

Tell us what you’d like to know — you’ll get an answer about where you stand, not a canned reply.
